1. Privacy at a glance

General information

The following information provides a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data by which you can be personally identified.

Data collection on this website

Who is responsible for data collection on this website?

Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator:

Mirko Haaser Witthöpen 30 27389 Fintel Phone: 04265 9999 000 Email: kontakt@mirko-haaser.de

How is your data collected?

Your data is collected partly by you providing it to us, for example by contacting us via email or through the review form. Other data is collected automatically or with your consent by our IT systems when you visit the website. This is primarily technical data (e.g. internet browser, operating system or time of page access).

2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. The personal data collected on this website is stored on the host's servers. This may include IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, contract data, contact details, names, website accesses and other data generated via a website.

The use of the hoster is in the interest of a secure, fast and efficient provision of our online offer by a professional provider (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR with Hetzner, which ensures that personal data is processed only according to our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

3. General information and mandatory disclosures

Data protection

The operator of these pages takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. Your personal data is treated confidentially and in accordance with statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.

Information about the responsible party

The responsible party for data processing on this website is:

Mirko Haaser Witthöpen 30 27389 Fintel Phone: 04265 9999 000 Email: kontakt@mirko-haaser.de

The responsible party is the natural or legal person who alone or jointly with others decides on the purposes and means of processing personal data.

Storage duration

Unless a more specific storage period has been specified within this privacy policy, your personal data will remain with us until the purpose for data processing no longer applies. If you assert a justified request for deletion or revoke your consent to data processing, your data will be deleted unless we have other legally permissible reasons for storing your personal data (e.g. tax or commercial retention periods); in the latter case, deletion will take place after these reasons cease to apply.

SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as requests you send to me as the site operator, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.

If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to me cannot be read by third parties.

Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke consent you have already given at any time. The legality of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

Right to object to data collection in special cases (Art. 21 GDPR)

If data processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, you have the right at any time to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data. I will then no longer process the personal data concerned unless I can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority

In the event of violations of the GDPR, data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of their habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged violation. The right to lodge a complaint exists without prejudice to other administrative or judicial remedies.

Right to data portability

You have the right to have data which we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfilment of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a standard, machine-readable format.

Right to restriction of processing

You have the right to request the restriction of processing of your personal data. To do this, you can contact me at any time. The right to restriction of processing exists in the following cases:

  • If you dispute the accuracy of your personal data stored by me, I generally need time to verify this. For the duration of the review, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.
  • If the processing of your personal data was/is carried out unlawfully, you can request the restriction of data processing instead of deletion.
  • If I no longer need your personal data, but you need it for the exercise, defence or assertion of legal claims, you have the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data instead of deletion.
  • If you have lodged an objection pursuant to Art. 21 para. 1 GDPR, a balance must be struck between your interests and mine. As long as it has not yet been determined whose interests prevail, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.

Information, deletion and correction

Within the framework of the applicable statutory provisions, you have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of data processing and, if applicable, the right to correction or deletion of this data. You can contact me at any time regarding this and any other questions on the subject of personal data.

4. Data collection on this website

Cookies

This website does not use cookies.

Server log files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL
  • Hostname of the accessing computer
  • Time of the server request
  • IP address

This data is not merged with other data sources. The collection of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of his website — for this purpose, the server log files must be collected.

Server log files are automatically deleted after 14 days.

Contact by email

If you contact us by email, your request including all resulting personal data (name, request) will be stored and processed by me for the purpose of processing your request. I do not pass on this data without your consent.

The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, if your request is related to the fulfilment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on my legitimate interest in the effective processing of requests addressed to me (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

The data you send me by email will remain with me until you request deletion, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies. Mandatory statutory provisions — in particular statutory retention periods — remain unaffected.

Review form

On this website you have the option of submitting a review via a review form. The following data is collected:

  • Name (required)
  • Email address (required)
  • Company (optional)
  • Position (optional)
  • Review text (required)

The data is transmitted to me by email via an SMTP server at Hetzner Online GmbH. No data is stored in a database. Processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in receiving customer feedback).

You can request the deletion of your submitted data at any time. To do so, contact me by email at kontakt@mirko-haaser.de.

This website collects aggregated usage statistics without the use of cookies, without tracking IDs and without creating user profiles.

What data is collected?

For each page visit, the following information is processed server-side and stored in anonymised form:

  • Page visited (relative path, without query parameters and hash)
  • Source domain of the referrer (hostname only, e.g. google.com), if available
  • UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign), if present in the URL
  • Date of the visit (daily aggregation)

What is NOT stored?

IP addresses, user agents, browser or device data, individual user identifiers or any other personal data are not collected or stored.

Purpose and legal basis

The data is used exclusively for anonymous reach measurement and to improve the service. No profiling, no transfer to third parties and no use for advertising purposes takes place. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest of the operator in the anonymous analysis of website usage).

Retention period

The aggregated usage data is retained for a maximum of 24 months and then deleted.

Objection

Since no personal data is stored and traceability to individuals is not possible, an individual objection is technically not required. You can prevent tracking requests from being sent by using an ad blocker or a feature of your browser.
